Delores Ducharme Stiver, founder of Ducharme Designs, began making Ducharme Jeans for everyone in her hometown of Windsor, Ontario. Then it developed in Dallas through Richard Brooks Fabric, where she was exclusive in Highland Park. She did her fittings at the store by renting his fitting room once a week. Now it has transformed with a specialization in weddings. However, the philosophy remains - bring her a picture of what you want and she will bring your designs to life!
